For Seasonal Renters in the Townhouse Units You pay 1/4 share of the utilities billed through us and Internet will be put into your own name From November - April (5 months). It is a very easy process to do so. The Agency to call is Duncan Cable. They are very familiar with Triple Tree Lodge so all you would have to tell them is the Unit # and when to activate the account and you're all set
For gas propane there is a $500 deposit
