THE PROPERTY

We are about a mile north of mt snow on route 100. Heading North Its on the left hand side

PARKING

We Have two parking lots. The First lot you pass on your right is our North lot and is used primarily for trailers and snowmobile access. Drive right past the North lot and you will be in the main parking lot. We ask that no one bring snowmobiles or trailers into this lot by any means. During winter the parking lot getting plowed promptly and efficiently is something we take seriously WE ALL NEED TO GET ON THE MOUNTAIN RIGHT ?!?!?!?

DO NOT PARK CLOSE TO EITHER BUILDING IN WINTER AS SNOW WILL FALL OFF ROOFS. Winter Parking Map coming soon

TRASH

There is a dumpster on site for any trash you may have. It gets picked up on Thursdays. Please make sure there is a clear path on those days. 

There is a small coin laundry with 1 washer machine and 1 dryer on premise. Walk all the way to the east end of the boardwalk take a step down and if you cant find it by then.............. probably wasn't meant to be or its buried with 3 feet of snow which is never a bad thing :)

In the summer some picnic table and chairs are put out along with a bbq grill.

Hiking and Biking Trails can be accessed right from property.
